Her approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and deeply integrative—because true transformation doesn’t happen from the neck up. It happens when we learn tools to regulate the nervous system, when we rewire long-held patterns, and when we stop trying to "think" our way to healing.
Sarah’s work is inspired by her own journey of overcoming. At 20, she was struck by a debilitating, undiagnosed illness that turned her life upside down. What followed was years of navigating burnout, grief, and identity loss. But through that darkness, she discovered the power of the mind and body to heal—and the ability to turn suffering into strength.
Today, she helps clients move from surviving to fully living, with more energy, clarity, joy, and purpose. Her work is anchored in one guiding principle: integration. It’s not just about learning more—it’s about becoming more whole.
